ATTEMPTED MURDER
Doylestown Borough
July 2025
Detectives investigated a domestic assault incident
following police dispatch for an abandoned 911 call.
Officers first encountered Robin McNamara, the
offender, outside the apartment and covered in blood
but suffered no injury. The victim was found inside
the apartment, covered in blood with gashes across
the back of his neck among other injuries.
McNamara had attacked the victim with a meat
cleaver as the victim lay in the bed. Charges filed,
court case pending.

October 2025
October 2025 – Detectives investigated an incident
leading to the arrest of Dwayne Shepherd, Jr., a
Foundations Behavioral Health staff member, who
assaulted a juvenile, non-verbal patient. Shepherd
pulled the calm care-dependent child from the couch
of a common area and escorted him to a private
room. A short time later, the child emerged from the
room suffering from injuries Shepherd inflicted.
Charges filed, court case pending.
