STAFF
The Chief of Police serves as the department’s top
executive, responsible for setting strategic priorities,
ensuring operational & fiscal efficiency, and maintaining
public trust.
Command Staff represent the three highest ranking
sworn personnel. Two Captains support the Chief of
Police providing distinct responsibilities including
leadership across all units to ensure departmental goals
are met and effective resource allocation is delivered
throughout the three municipalities.
Captain of Patrol
Captain Lance Carlen commands the Patrol Unit,
Traffic Safety Unit, K9 Unit and Live Scan Booking
Center.
Captain of Professional Standards
Captain Kreuter commands the Detectives Unit,
Front Office Operations, Victim Services Unit,
Evidence, Accreditation and Training.
